LG has announced its GM730 at Mobile World Congress, a functional and easy to use touchscreen smartphone equipped with Windows Mobile 6.1 and LG's S-Class user interface. Users can quick scroll through icons, easily browse contact information, or change settings with intuitive touch controls.
With a slim design, the GM730 is perfect for on-the-go consumers who are looking for a powerful yet affordable smartphone choice. The phone features a 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen display and a 5 megapixel camera. It also features WiFi and aGPS connectivity for expanded networking and navigation integration. The GM730 has quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) support and dual-band UMTS (900/2100MHz) support with HSDPA data for high-speed connectivity. It will be available in the first half of 2009 and more technical specifications are on the way.
